We Wished Existed.
After years in the wholesale industry, we saw the same problem everywhere: misaligned incentives. So we built something different — a disposition company where transparency isn't a marketing pitch, it's the actual business model.
The Problem We Saw
Traditional wholesale works on a spread model. The wholesaler buys low and sells high, and the bigger the gap, the more they make. That creates a fundamental conflict of interest: the person marketing your deal profits most when they pay you the least.
Deal sources do the hard work — finding motivated sellers, building rapport, negotiating contracts — then hand their deal to a dispo team that operates in a black box. They don't see what price the deal was marketed at. They don't see the offers that came in. They don't always see what the end buyer actually pays.
End buyers face the same problem from the other side. ARVs get inflated, repair estimates get lowered, and the assignment fee buried in a double close makes deals look better than they actually are.
We decided the entire model needed to change.
How We're Different
Flat Fee, Not a Spread
Our flat fee is $5,000 — the same whether the deal makes $15K or $50K. When the spread is $10K or less, we reduce our fee so you always keep more. Zero incentive to manipulate pricing.
